MASTERING EMBROIDERY CHALLENGES

Learn proven techniques to successful embroidery on a wide variety of fabrics and other materials, including leather. Unlock logical processes to select appropriate stabilizers and holding techniques for predictable results.

NEEDLE & THREAD SELECTION

Improve your embroidery quality by exploring needle types and sizes. Understand the differences between rayon and poly, along with 40 weight vs. 60 weight threads. Obtain great results using metallic and other specialty threads, as well as gain tips on how to achieve tiny letters and details!

CREATING & STITCHING APPLIQUE

This course will show you how easy it is to create custom applique designs and increase profits. You’ll learn how to cut, apply, stitch, design and see all the different new materials available to set you apart from the competition!

PROFESSIONAL EDITING PROCESSES

Is your lettering not stitching clean or are your borders around the design not matching up? This session will provide you a better understanding of how designs are created and how you can modify them for different fabrics. Learn how to properly edit your designs for professional looking sew-outs.

Cancellation Policy
GSG U classes have limited capacity, and many trainings sell out. For this reason, no refunds will be offered once payment is processed. If you are unable to attend, contact gsgu@gogsg.com or call 469.836.0197 to reschedule or to receive a credit to your GSG account in the amount of the class tuition. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will be subject to a $25 re-booking fee or a $25 credit processing fee. Credits can be used towards your next GSG order.
